| Profile Description |
| A demanding profile in which incumbent will have to ensure client’s satisfaction, formulate communication strategies with client and execute them to the finest details. Account Director will be responsible for achieving targets and contribute to the overall growth plans of the company. He / she will be expected to initiate and drive pitches for acquiring new clients apart from maintaining good media relations, designing effective public relations solutions for existing clients . Responsible for training and grooming successors for all job roles within the team Responsible for motivation, direction and positive approach of all team members. |

» More than 6-7 years of experience in handling clients of repute for a large PR agency
» Proven record as a team player
» Wide existing network among the media
» Expertise in one or multiple services.

| Developing and managing clients within the team. A profile wherein the incumbent will have to ensure client’s satisfaction, and execute the day to day requirements in terms of client servicing to the finest detail. Account Manager will be responsible for helping contribute to the overall growth plans of the company. He / she will be expected to maintain good media relations. |
